The workshop also includes two breakout group discussions, in which lawyers discuss the best way to insure that good ideas are translated into action, and generate lists of action items for follow-up after the course.  Handouts explain how to identify the action items that are most likely to produce immediate and practical results for each practice, personality and schedule by using checklists and summaries of best practices from the Legal Business Development Quick Reference Guide Second Edition.
